We are living in a digital age where we are constantly bombarded with posts and information on the daily. For one, I know it’s often difficult to discover new creators and accounts that you really resonate with. After endlessly scrolling through Instagram, I’ve luckily come across a few accounts that I really like, focused on everything from fashion, travel, art to social activism — and below are some I think are definitely worth checking out!

  1. @WETHEURBAN

We The Urban is a “Black-owned digital platform celebrating inclusivity, self-love, & marginalized voices”, according to the account’s bio. They’re known for posting just what you need to hear: daily reminders, affirmations and reflections that speak to anyone and everyone.

  1. @MINIMALSTREETSTYLE

Need some serious outfit inspiration? Check out @minimalstreetstyle for daily curated minimal style inspo. They repost the best neutral minimal outfits from your favourite fashion bloggers.

  1. @DIET.PRADA

If you’re not already following Diet Prada then what are you waiting for? Diet Prada has become one of the most feared Instagram accounts since they started exposing designers for copying and fraud, but has now turned into a media platform that provides diverse commentary on a wide range of issues within the fashion industry. They are not afraid to call out brands to do better and share all the fashion *tea*.

  1. @SOMEWHEREIWOULDLIKETOLIVE

For the ultimate travel inspiration, check out @somewhereiwouldliketolive. They share beautiful moments captured from all over the world. Don’t forget to save everything for your next trip!

  1. @SLOWROADS

This account is an absolute dream for all my architecture and design enthusiasts. Everything is just so gorgeous.

  1. @IMPACT

The Impact account’s goal is to share digestible and socially-impactful educational content on the fundamentals of issues that are currently happening all around the world. They post infographics about systemic issues in an easy-to-follow manner to help you gain awareness and take action. Follow the link in their bio for a list of resources where you can learn, share and support global issues.

  1. @LATENIGHTSINTHECITY

Late Nights In The City features beautiful, mesmerizing images paired with words by individual writers. Make sure you take the time to pause and read the captions.

  1. @THEMINIMALMOODBOARD

The name of the account says it all. For all my minimalists – this account has all the aesthetic inspiration you need.

  1. @BIPOC.CREATIVES

Looking for new diverse creatives and style icons to follow? If the answer is yes, then check out BIPOC Creatives. They strive to provide an uplifting and supportive platform for BIPOC creative professionals behind and in front of the lens.

  1. @_YOUTHCLUB

The Youth Club is a “safe space for art, thoughts, and self-love” as stated in their bio. Everything they post is perfectly curated and is sure to make you feel some type of way.
