This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Toronto MU chapter.

Name: Angelique Gauthier

Program: Biology

Year: Second year

What’s your biggest accomplishment of 2017?

I would say my biggest accomplishment of 2017 would be getting pretty great grades in most of my courses. I had a really tough first year and got extremely unmotivated because my grades did not reflect the amount I studied. I basically thought I wasn’t smart enough for university but this year made me realize that I can achieve my goals.

What would be your dream job?

My dream job would be to get paid to travel and explore the world. Perhaps a photographer for a magazine or a volunteering in health care facilities in third world countries. Honestly any job that would allow me to see all the wonders that the world has to offer and to be immersed in all different cultures, all while being paid.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

To stop caring about what people think. Since I was young I have always cared so much about what people think of me and I still do till this day. I would definitely want to change this about myself because it limits me from being my true self.

If you could pick one of the following superpowers, which one would you pick: Read minds, teleportation, or invisibility? Why?

Definitely teleportation because then I would be able to travel anywhere at anytime I want or to see anyone whenever I want.

If you could only eat 1 food for the rest of your life what would it be?

Pizza

What’s the first thing you’d do if you won $100 million?

Finish my year at school and go travelling the world. Probably go adopt tons of dogs and then donate some to third world countries
