Earlier this week, The Philly Voice reported that a fry bar would be coming to Philadelphia’s own Rittenhouse Square. Yes, you read that correctly. A fry bar.

Shoo Fry had a test shop in King of Prussia, but now they’re hitting the big city with their unique restaurant concept that let’s you customize your fries’ toppings. The fry bar will offer classic, curly and wedge fry options as the base for toppings like pulled pork, mozzerella cheese, chicken, gravy, Cheez Wiz and the classic ketchup.

Guests have the option to make their own fries by choosing a cut, a protein (cheesesteak, chicken, bacon or pulled pork) and then a variety of toppings. However, if you have trouble making decisions, Shoo Fry has many menu options to help you out.

From classic “Chili Cheese Fries” to Philly-style Poutine via “Oh, Canada,” there’s going to be something for you.

Meat lovers rejoice! What goes best with a good batch of fries? A hamburger of course. Shoo Fry will also being grilling up hamburger sliders to beef up your meal.

Shoo Fry will also be serving up milkshakes and will give you the perfect excuse to skip the salad and indulge. Prices are not available yet, but we have a feeling this restaurant is going to be worth every.single.penny.

They are set to open in the next few weeks with plans to open more locations throughout the area.
