Halloween this year is definitely going to be different, so there’s no reason to buy a whole “Halloweekend’s” worth of costumes that no one is going to see at parties. Here are some costumes to wear that can come straight out of your closet.

Lumberjack:

Flannels are trendy this year, so I’m sure we all have a whole bunch in our closets. Wear a flannel with jeans or a pair of leggings and some boots, and you’re a cute lumberjack!

An Athlete or a Fraternity Brother:

All you need for this costume is a jersey from any sports team. You can take out an old jersey from high school, or borrow one from a friend if you don’t have one. If you wear the jersey over a hoodie, you’ve instantly become a frat boy!

A Tennis Player or Golfer:

If you’d rather not wear a jersey, you can still be a cute athlete by wearing a skater skirt with a polo shirt. Grab a tennis racket or golf clubs, and you’ve already got two costumes.

The Bachelorette:

I’m sure everyone has their old prom dresses catching dust in the back of their closets, so take that out and pretend to be America’s sweetheart. For an extra touch, pick a rose from your mom’s garden and ask that cute guy you’ve been crushing on if he’ll accept your rose!

Rachel Green:

Rachel Green is a style icon, and everyone knows that one outfit with the plaid skirt. The outfit is extremely simple to recreate! All you need is a plaid skater skirt, a fitted sweater, a pair of knee-high socks and oxford shoes.

Sexy Vampire:

If everything else fails, then dress up in lingerie like every year before. A black pair of lingerie never failed anyone. Put on some sexy make up and draw fake blood dripping from your lips and onto your chest with some lipstick, and you’ve got yourself a last-minute costume.

Halloween isn’t going to be the same this year, so get creative with the clothes you have in your closet. Go dress up and have a party in your kitchen! Happy Halloween everyone!
