The new year has already brought us some awesome singles. The “Finesse” Remix by Bruno Mars and Cardi B is a bop (don’t lie) and “All the Stars,” features two of the best voices in hip hop right now: SZA and Kendrick Lamar. However, these songs are only teasers for what’s to come. 2018 is bringing us full-length albums of new music from some of our favorite artists.
Here are just a few albums we can’t wait to listen to this year.
The 1975
We already know that the title of the album is Music for Cars, but the band that we know and love has yet to reveal when their new album will be released. The 1975 hasn’t dropped an album since 2016, so fans are ready to hear new music from the group.
Liam Payne
Liam Payne’s solo career took off with his hit single, “Strip That Down,” and fans are patiently waiting to hear more. Payne hinted that his debut album will come out sometime in January, which means fans might be hearing new music from the British heartthrob very soon.
Louis Tomlinson
All the One Direction fans out there who’ve been following the boys’ solo careers have more than just Liam Payne’s album to be excited about, because Louis Tomlinson is also set to release his debut album sometime during 2018.
Charli XCX
The “Boys” singer gave fans a taste of what her new album would sound like with her mixtape that was released in March of 2017. Although she hasn’t announced when her third album will be released, fans are expecting it to come out sometime this year.
Justin Timberlake
At the beginning of the year, Justin Timberlake released his single, “Filthy,” from his new album, Man of the Woods. Fans were surprised by the new sound, which made them all the more excited for Timberlake’s new album, set to be released on Feb. 2, 2018. To go along with it, Timberlake has announced his Man of the Woods tour, which will begin in March, a month after the album’s release.
Bebe Rexha
With her hit “Meant to Be” with Florida Georgia Line all over the radio, Bebe Rexha is set to release an album full of more anthems. The new album, Expectations, will follow her two EP’s that came out in 2017, All Your Fault Pt. 1 and All Your Fault Pt. 2. Bebe Rexha has already shared the track list for the new album, so fans can expect it to drop within the first few months of the new year.
Troye Sivan
Troye Sivan’s debut album, Blue Neighborhood, gave us hits like “Wild” and “Youth” and Sivan’s new album is sure to be full of new jams. The YouTube star already released his first two singles from the album, “My, My, My!” and “The Good Side,” so fans are anxiously waiting to hear the other tracks.
