Ladies, with the month of February coming up, we all know what that means. The day all of us single girls dread the most — Valentine’s Day. We all want someone in our life to cherish and love, but we disregard the most important person of all: ourselves. So don’t come into the month dreading all the incoming couples and lovey dovey grossness in the air; start the month of February off by taking care of yourself — because the most important thing is to LOVE YOURSELF.

1. Strawberry Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of granola

2.  Foods to fight against acne

  • Dragon fruit: contains vitamin c; helps with acne, anti-aging, and hair
  • Cherries: a diet rich in antioxidants can decrease mild to moderate acne!
  • Dark chocolate: contains zinc (an acne-fighting nutrient)!!

  • 20 second wall sit

  • Rose water keeps oil at bay, smells good, has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, maintains pH balance, and enhances your mood!

9. Strawberry creamsicle recipe

Ingredients:

  • ⅛ cup diced strawberries
  • ½ cup coffee cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • ⅛ cup water
  • Mix all the ingredients together, put into a popsicle mold and put into the freezer for at least 4 hours
