5 Fabulous Planners For The New Year

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at TCU chapter.

It is officially 2016 and with the new year comes new resolutions. If you’re like me, then staying organized is probably at the top of your list. I have found that the first step to staying organized is investing in a nice planner. Now when I say planner, I’m talking about a good, old-fashioned paper planner. Believe me, I’m all for digital planners, but nothing beats a paper planner. What’s great about planners is that there are different kinds available, so you are sure to find your fit. In no particular order, I have compiled a list of my favorite planners. Check them out!

1. Erin Condren Life Planner

If you have never heard of Erin Condren, then you are really missing out! These planner’s are by far my favorite. What’s great about Erin Condren is that you get to choose the layout and customize everything. Oh and did I mention the covers are interchangeable? What’s not to love!

2. Lilly Pulitzer Agendas

If you want a colorful agenda, then look no further. These agendas are popular among college students and it’s not difficult to see why. The patterns and vibrant colors is what Lilly Pulitzer is known for. The agendas come with cute sticker pages and come in four sizes.

3. Emily Ley Simplified Planner

This is called the simplified planner for a reason. Rather than a monthly and weekly spread, this planner has a monthly and daily spread. This is the perfect planner if you want something cute, but functional and easy to use.

4. Plum Paper Planner

This planner is similar to the Erin Condren Life Planner and is a great choice if you’re tight on money but still want customization. You can choose your own layout and can add extra sections like notes, contacts, checklists etc…

5. May Designs Planner

One word: Monograms. I don’t know about you but I love monograms and I’ve had a hard time finding a company that monograms planners until I stumbled upon May Designs. This was thee best discovery. Not only do they monogram planners, but the planners themselves are so light and flexible.
