Under Eye Patches That Work

Being a college student means constantly trying to balance a social life, classes, exams, essays, presentations, and sometimes a job on top of everything else. Because of this, it leads to many people getting less than 7 hours of sleep, causing skin problems. This specifically shows under the eyes which can be darkened from lack of sleep. Sometimes, putting makeup over it does not even fully work, especially when the under eye area still looks puffy or dry underneath. Even then most of the time we just do not have the time to wake up earlier to cover it up.

I have personally struggled with under eye bags and dark circles, so I have been on the hunt for under eye products that actually work well with my sensitive skin. I try to look for products that feel gentle, hydrating, and cooling without causing irritation. My favorite products right now are the COSRX under eye patches. I love them because the texture feels like jelly, which gives a cooling sensation as soon as they touch your skin. They feel refreshing, especially in the morning or after a long night of studying. The best part is that they help brighten and tighten the under eye area, making it look like you got eight hours of sleep, even if you definitely did not. It lets you know when they are ready to be taken off because they get dry after 10 minutes of using it, indicating that the under eyes are very hydrated.

These patches are also perfect if you are in a rush. You can put them on while making your iced coffee, breakfast, or getting ready for class. After about ten minutes, you can simply take them off and throw them away before heading out the door. They are easy to use and do not require a long skincare routine, which is perfect for college students who do not always have a lot of extra time in the morning.

Another great option is the under eye patches from Topicals. These are helpful because they do not slip down your face like some other patches do. They stay in place really well and give the under eye area a lifted look in under twenty minutes. They are also stylish, which makes them fun to wear while getting ready or even while doing small tasks around your room.

Similarly, Rhode also has under eye patches with beautiful designs. They are infused with tetrapeptide, which targets the appearance of dark under eye circles and helps brighten the area. They also make the skin feel hydrated, which is important because dry under eyes can make tiredness look even more noticeable. I would recommend wearing these while running errands because they are cute and stay on the skin well. Whether you are walking around, exercising, or going on a run, they do not easily slip off. Overall, under eye patches are a quick and easy way to refresh your face and feel more awake, even during stressful college weeks.

Hi! My name is Anagabriel Deleon Soto, and I'm a psychology major at The College of New Jersey. I was born into a proud Guatemalan family and raised in New Jersey, which shaped me into a bilingual individual who values culture, diversity, and connection. This unique perspective is something I carry with me in both my academic and creative work.
For the past three years, I have created content online, developing a passion for sharing ideas and building community through creativity. I’ve also had the opportunity to work in fashion and retail, where I learned the importance of understanding brand identity and balancing professionalism with personal style.
Outside of school and work, I enjoy simple joys like going on walks and discovering new places to recharge and stay inspired. Fitness is also a big part of my life because it keeps me motivated and balanced. More recently, I have been teaching myself how to do nails at home, which has become a relaxing hobby and another outlet for creativity.
Ultimately, I hope to combine my background in psychology with my passion for content creation to connect with people, uplift voices, and continue growing as both a student and creator.
