Red cups are back at Starbucks and we know what that means – holiday drinks for all! Here are four classic holiday drinks that you can enjoy hot or iced.  Regardless of what you order, you’ll leave your local Starbucks humming Christmas tunes for the rest of the day. Enjoy my fellow coffee lovers!

Peppermint Mocha Latte – This drink screams Christmas. It’s a perfect mix of peppermint and chocolate (an amazing combination!). This latte is also fantastic iced. The chill from the ice goes great with the chill of the peppermint. This drink is truly refreshing. If you’re trying to cut back on calories you can also try the peppermint mocha’s twin sister: the skinny peppermint mocha. While the skinny version is not as rich as the original, it is the ideal “healthy” alternative.

Gingerbread Latte – Another drink that goes well cold! If you’re not a gingerbread cookie lover, fear not. This drink is not overwhelmingly spicy like its cookie inspiration. The gingerbread taste is very subtle. Personally, I prefer mine iced. However, getting a warm gingerbread latte is the ideal way to get cozy around a fire this winter.

Caramel Brulée Latte – This latte is creamy and rich. There are hints of caramel and a smoky brulée flavor but again, not overpowering. I recommend this drink hot. This is the perfect gloomy day pick me up. Try it with whipped cream for extra indulgence!

Eggnog Latte – One sip and you know exactly what you are drinking. This one is best cold since it truly takes on the eggnog flavor. Fun fact: real eggnog goes into this seasonal special. This latte is very rich and on the heavier side. If you’re not a fan of eggnog, steer clear.
