You don’t need 15 products to be able to feel confident. In fact I am here to tell you exactly which products are worth your money and worth using everyday. The first product that I highly recommend is the Medicube vanilla and pistachio deodorant. If you’re someone who has sensitive skin like myself, you are going to love using this everyday because it is aluminum free and contains kojic acid and turmeric which helps to brighten arm pits over time. You can easily throw this in your gym bag, purse, or backpack so that you never have to worry about having smelly arm pits.

The next product that deserves a spot in your everyday routine is a Nello Calm packet. You can add this to your water rather than getting a drink that contains more than 40 grams of sugar. Nello Calm contains zero grams of sugar and does not taste overly sweet, it also helps with hormonal balance! Instead of feeling puffy all day or binge eating, having one or two Nello Calm packets will take away that guilt of drinking something tasty yet it has benefits. My favorite part besides the benefits is that I can travel with these and keep some in my bag in case I ever want a fun drink without spending money or getting jittery. As someone who has Borderline Personality Disorder, this has been my hyperfixation because it calms me down and makes me feel motivated to get things done without spiraling or splitting.

The last product I would keep with me at all times is the Touchland hand sanitizer because surfaces in public places can contain bacteria from all sorts of things. The hand sanitizer fits perfectly in any bag making it easy to transport. Many hand sanitizers are filled with chemicals that can harm sensitive skin and make them feel dry whereas, Touchland is meant to be hydrating and only contains 70% of alcohol, aloe vera to soothe the skin, and varies in multiple scents for people who are specific about smells.

Overall, these are the three products that I feel like make the biggest difference in my everyday routine because they are simple, easy to carry, and actually things I reach for. I don’t want to spend money on products that are going to sit in my room and collect dust just because they are trending online. I would rather have a few products that make me feel clean, refreshed, and more put together wherever I am. Whether I am going to the gym, running errands, traveling, or just having a long day, I know I can keep all three of these in my bag without taking up a lot of space. Feeling confident does not always have to mean buying a full routine or following every new trend. Sometimes it really comes down to finding a few products that fit into your lifestyle and make your day feel easier. These are the three products I personally keep reaching for, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to simplify what they carry everyday.

Hi! My name is Anagabriel Deleon Soto, and I'm a psychology major at The College of New Jersey. I was born into a proud Guatemalan family and raised in New Jersey, which shaped me into a bilingual individual who values culture, diversity, and connection. This unique perspective is something I carry with me in both my academic and creative work.
For the past three years, I have created content online, developing a passion for sharing ideas and building community through creativity. I’ve also had the opportunity to work in fashion and retail, where I learned the importance of understanding brand identity and balancing professionalism with personal style.
Outside of school and work, I enjoy simple joys like going on walks and discovering new places to recharge and stay inspired. Fitness is also a big part of my life because it keeps me motivated and balanced. More recently, I have been teaching myself how to do nails at home, which has become a relaxing hobby and another outlet for creativity.
Ultimately, I hope to combine my background in psychology with my passion for content creation to connect with people, uplift voices, and continue growing as both a student and creator.
