We’re either too busy and stressed to adhere to a normal sleep schedule or we’re so tired from staying up all night studying that we accidentally sleep in the next morning. Even though the majority of us college students have sleeping habits like this, it’s not healthy in the long run. Sleep is necessary for your brain to recuperate and process information you’ve gathered throughout the day. If you’re struggling with getting the recommended amount of sleep, here are some of the best teas to drink so you can get the sleep you need.

1. Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is great for helping you get to sleep. Whether it be restlessness or anxiety that’s keeping you awake Chamomile tea will help you calm down and doze off. Chamomile tea has been known to:
