Best Holiday Beauty Collections

The holiday season is upon us and with that comes gorgeous makeup collections from almost every brand! But do not worry! I am here to tell you about the real collections to look out for and which products are worth it.

1.     Haus Laboratories Holiday Collection Burlesque Holiday Set ($46), Sparkle Lipstick ($20)

Lady Gaga will forever be one of the greatest pop artists of all time, but recently she has been breaking ground with her new makeup company Haus Laboratories. For the holidays, she released a gorgeous, sparkly red lipstick and 4 new shades in her metallic crème eyeshadow collection. The Sparkle Lipstick retails for $20 and each crème eye shadow retails for $22. You can buy them individually or purchase the Burlesque Holiday Set which contains her coveted Liquid Eye-Lie-Ner, a metallic crème eyeshadow in “Glamour Puss”, and the Sparkle Lipstick. The website also gives you the option to Build-Your-Own collection to give as the perfect gift to a fellow makeup-lover.

2.     Jaclyn Hill Beaming Holiday Collection

Accent Light Highlighter Palette ($49), Mood Light Luminous Powder ($32), Beaming Light Loose Highlighter ($24)

This has been a moldy, rough year for Ms. Jaclyn Hill…Nevertheless, everybody deserves a second chance, especially with this beautiful, blinding highlighter collection. Jaclyn released a highlighter palette in two shades, a luminous setting powder in five shades, a loose highlighter in five shades, and three brushes (one for each highlighter set). The Accent Light Highlighter Brush and the Beaming Light Highlighter Brush both retail for $20 while the Mood Light Powder Brush retails for $24. These are pretty expensive for makeup brushes; however, the Beaming Light Highlighter Brush is like a miniature fan brush which I personally have never seen any other brands do. Now I know what all of you guys are wondering...are they moldy? Nope! Big beauty influencers like Kathleen Lights, Patrick Starr, and Jeffree Star all reviewed the collection and approve. Each swatch beautifully glows on the skin.

3.     Kylie Jenner Holiday Collection 2019

Holiday Brush Set ($35), Holiday Illuminating Face Primer ($28), Holiday Illuminating Face Setting Spray ($26), Holiday Pressed Powder Palette “Santa Claus” ($48), “Naughty List” Matte Lip Kit ($29), “Merry Jo” and “Coming To Town” Matte Lipsticks ($17), “Good At Being Naughty” and “Icy What You Mean” Shimmery Eye Glaze ($20), Holiday Blush and Kylighter Duo ($20), Holiday Kyliner ($18), Holiday High Gloss Trio ($36), Holiday Mini 6 Piece Set ($36),

Kylie did not play around with this collection guys! She released a red liquid eyeliner, an illuminating face primer, an illuminating setting spray, two new shimmering eye glazes in “Good at Being Naughty” (a holiday red) and “Icy What You Mean” (a glittery white), a new lip kit “Naughty List”, a new blush and highlighter duo, a matte red lipstick in “Merry Jo” and a matte brown lipstick in “Coming To Town”, and a pressed powder eye shadow palette called “Santa Claus”. Whoa was that a mouthful! With this many choices, it’s hard not to find the perfect gift for the makeup lover in your life.

4.     KKW Beauty Glitz & Glam Collection

Glitz & Glam Gloss Trio ($42; $18 each), 90’s Vogue Lip Liner ($12), Glitz & Glam Eyeshadow Palette ($30), Matte Lipstick Set ($65),

Kim Kardashian West does not stop! She just released her second KKWxMario collection but as if  that was not enough, she also had to give us this glamorous and glitzy collection just in time for the Holiday and New Year’s Eve parties. The collection comes with an eyeshadow palette with six shades, a gloss trio, a matte lipstick set with four shades, and one new “90’s Vogue” lipliner. But it doesn’t stop there! She’s adding a liquid and powder Perfecting Body Shimmer in Rose Gold. Who else can’t wait to stunt these colors during New Year’s?
