Warm weather and refreshing smoothies go hand-in-hand. They are quick, tasty and not to mention, healthy.  (Depending on what you put in them, of course).  Here are a few of our favorite smoothie recipes for spring!

Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen mango cubes

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 ripe banana

¼ cup orange juice

1 cup water

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ teaspoon coconut extract

Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach leaves

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 ripe banana

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats

Arugula Spring Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 green apples, juiced

Fresh ginger, juiced (about 1tbsp of juice)

1 lime, juiced

a handful of wild arugula

a few tablespoon water or 4 ice cubes
