With Fall almost upon us, I have been extra excited about everything Fall-related. There’s just something about the leaves falling, and “All Too Well” (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version) (From The Vault) starting to play more that I adore. I love the Halloween decorations at stores, and it takes everything in me to resist buying the whole section. While Fall hasn’t officially started yet, I am officially in the Fall season until Halloween is over. While the weather certainly doesn’t feel like Autumn, I’ve been doing certain things to get into that cooler spirit.

eat Everything Pumpkin Spice

I don’t know about you, but I love everything that deals with pumpkin spice. Yes, I am that girl who is in the Starbucks line as soon as the pumpkin spice drinks drop. There’s just something so special about drinking and eating pumpkin-flavored everything during this season.

Personally, I already bought myself some pumpkin bread as soon as I saw it on the shelves. However, I love homemade pumpkin bread, and if you have time, I highly recommend you make it from scratch. It tastes just that much more delicious. Those little sugar pumpkin cookies are also very delicious even though they aren’t necessarily pumpkin flavored. In my opinion, to get the full experience of Fall, you must grow tired of pumpkin by the end of it if that’s even possible.

watch fall shows/movies

I love Halloween movies and any shows that deal with the Fall season. Personally, I am not the biggest fan of scary movies, so I tend to stick to the more cute and fun movies and shows. However, it is totally up to you what sort of movies you want to watch! Here are some of my recommendations for this fall season:

  • It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown
  • Trick or Treat (1952)
  • Girl vs. Monster
  • Gilmore Girls
Plan cute outfits

While the weather doesn’t seem to be getting any colder, I have high hopes that the weather will soon cool down because I have been dying to wear a cozy sweater or anything long-sleeved. This weather makes that nearly impossible, however, I have found something that eases the urge to dress up in a comfy oversized sweater. Searching through Pinterest for Fall outfit inspiration has become one of my favorite pastimes. There are so many inspirational pictures for adorable Fall outfits. Another great thing about searching through Pinterest is that everyone on there is very helpful, so the comments are flooded with where to find certain pieces of the outfit.

I’ve even begun searching for a Halloween costume, and TikTok is a big help in terms of finding the perfect Halloween costume. There are thousands of TikToks that share ideas of single, duo, and trio costumes, so there is something for everyone. I haven’t found a costume that I’m absolutely in love with yet, but I’m sure that I will in the coming days. In the meantime, I’ll continue to enjoy anything and everything that Fall has to offer!

She tends to lean towards topics that discuss Texas A&M or being a college student, but you will also find articles that deal with entertainment. Emily makes several references in her articles to other things going on in her life, but she often references Taylor Swift or a lyric to her latest favorite song. Emily is a sophomore at Texas A&M, majoring in English with a minor in Professional Writing. She is in a women's organization and tries to be as involved on campus as she can be. Her plans for the future are to either become a technical writer, copywriter, or publisher. However, Emily wants to keep her doors open to any opportunities that arise. In her free time, Emily loves to read, write, and crochet. She recently completed a tote bag and has started on a new journey of trying amigurumi. She loves listening to Taylor Swift, and she knows many of her songs by heart. She also adores anything related to Snoopy, so you will often find her with some sort of Snoopy merchandise.
