Honestly, I’ve been feeling pretty down recently with issues going on in my life. However, something that stood out to me recently on the social media platform, Tik Tok, is a trend that lists 100 reasons why life is worth it. So, I decided to create a list of my own! To anyone who is reading this, remember, you are loved, valued, and have a bright future ahead of you. Sometimes the universe throws us curveballs, but the inconveniences don’t last and the sun will shine again. Now if that’s not convincing, take a look at these 100 reasons why life is beautiful:

1. Sunrises and sunsets.

2. The sound of a baby’s laugh.

3. Watching someone talk about something they love.

4. When the ocean is finally warm enough to swim in.

5. The smell of artificial watermelon.

6. Fresh baked cookies and milk. 

7. Having a really good workout.

8. Stepping on crunchy leaves.
