Whether you walk, run, longboard or bike, making your way over the bridges on either West Kennedy or Cass Street is a must. There’s an amphitheater, or “colosseum,” directly across the river from McKay and Plant Park and it’s incredible to sit up there and look over at campus. Plus, now that the new portion of Riverwalk is complete, the entire area is beautifully lit in the evening.
