Panic! at the Disco during their concert on April 14, 2017. The photo is during their performance of  “Girls/Girls/Boys,” a song that celebrates sexuality and acceptance. Throughout this song, fans shined their phone’s flashlights through rainbow hearts in honor of the Orlando shooting at Pulse Nightclub.
