The first couple of weeks of school can become overwhelming real quickly especially with classes, clubs/organizations, and life in general.

Our minds embrace a strong mentality to the start of the semester; however, for me, it slowly withers, so how can we rise above the meltdowns and late night all nighters without draining ourselves?
Here are some suggestions:

1. Calm Down!

Remember: Whatever it is is only temporary! Everyone does not fully know what they are doing in school. No one has their life completely together.
Â
Relax your thoughts by doing things that bring you to a calm state. Ex: Yoga, Music, (your preference)

Let your body and mind breathe.
Â
2. Your People

Don’t forget there are people who love You! Don’t be afraid to turn to people you trust whenever you need comfort, advice, a hug, or even food!

3. The price of college

You’ve come a long way to get here I bet!

Who is your motivation for getting here or working hard for a better future?

4. You’re a Strong Women

To the girl who is stressed, crying, or trying to make it through YOU WILL babe!

Will everything be easy? Nope. Will it be worth it? Absolutely!
