Music has a vibration that can affect how you feel, so this year, I’ve started being more mindful than ever about what I am listening to. If it sends out energy of lack, violence, jealousy, or depression, you better believe I am skipping it! We are raising our vibrations out here queens!  Here are some pretty songs to keep your energy tip-top.

Binz: Solange

Oh my goodness. Such pretty harmonies, and I love the production. It gives me energy and happiness, so I use it to manifest.

Sonate Pacifique: L’Imperatrice, Isaac Delusion

It’s the kind of song I want to dance to in a flower field. It reminds me of summer and happiness and feels so lighthearted. 10/10 would recommend, so dreamy.

Drunk In LA: Beach House

This might be my favorite song in the world. It brings happy tears to my eyes and reminds me how grateful I am to be having a human experience on this beautiful planet. It’s a reflective song about the simple beauties in life.

As: Stevie Wonder

This song is happiness embodied. It is a light-hearted reminder that everything is happening as it is meant to, and I love dancing to it when I am getting ready in the morning.

You: Larry Lovestein & The Velvet Revival

This is Mac Miller, so naturally, it is good. It is a jazzy, soothing masterpiece about love, and I love it.

Surrender: Jhene Aiko

God, this song is so pretty. The production has soft, dreamy notes that make you feel like you’re floating. She sings about the power there is in surrendering to the universe’s plan, while also reminding us that she is a bad b*tch.

Female Energy, Part 2: WILLOW

Willow is so magical, and this song is yet another masterpiece that just makes me feel so peaceful. I love when it picks up a little and she says “I am human, I am woman.” (This was also the last concert I went to before corona, so it is even more special to me).

I love all these songs so much! They make me feel peaceful, powerful, happy, and grounded. I hope you like them too!
