This weekend I went to St Pete Beach in St Petersburg, Florida. This beach has plenty of cute shops, restaurants with rooftop views, boat rentals, and of course, white sandy beaches. St Pete Beach is also the home of the famous Don CeSar Hotel otherwise known as the Pink Palace. This hotel is a great place to stay with a world-class spa, vibrant food, beachfront pool, lounge chairs, and umbrella rentals. Just past the Don Cesar Hotel, there is Pass-a-Grille which is one of the beaches connected to St Pete Beach. This area has beautiful houses lining the beachfront. Additionally, if you drive down Gulf Way towards 8th and 9th street there are cute beachy shops and unique seafood restaurants and bars. The Paradise Grille restaurant has waterfront dining which is perfect for sunset. This weekend they also had someone playing music and there were pop-up vendors selling jewelry, art, clothes, etc. This beach has a more chill vibe than those like Clearwater or Madiera. So if you are looking for a day to just relax and grab a bite to eat then this is the perfect beach for you.
