We all have one thing in mind with finals week here: summer! Most of us are probably going home for the break so here are a few of the great things about being home
for the summer.
1. Home cooked meals
Because home cooking is so much better than that stuff they call “food” in the cafeteria.
2. Your own room
You love or hate your roommates and suitemates, but nothing beats having your own space and comfy bed.
3. Pets
Let’s face it, we miss our dogs or cats more than anyone while we are away from home.
4. Music festivals
Summer is all about having fun and going to your favorite music festivals to dance and sing those summer nights away.
5. Summer job
Job = Money
6. Catching up with old friends
You only get to see your best friends from home during breaks, so summer is very important for getting that quality bonding time.
7. Road trips
Blasting your favorite music for 5+ hours on the open road with your best friends? Sounds like a good time to me.
