1. Nutella Mug Chocolate Cake
This cake is the perfect size to indulge all your chocolate desires, plus there’s NUTELLA. Do we even need another reason?!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons self-raising flour
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Nutella
1 egg
whipped cream
chocolate sauce
Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, milk, olive oil and Nutella in a mug. Whisk with a fork until smooth. Microwave for two to three minutes. Add whipped cream and chocolate sauce for an extra-sweet finish.
2. Waffled Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls and waffles at the same time. Enough said.
Ingredients:
Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
Non-stick cooking spray
Waffle Iron
Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron. Spray with non-stick spray. Separate rolls and place onto iron. Close iron and cook 1½ – 3 minutes (depends on your iron). Remove from iron and place on platter. Squeeze included cream cheese topping over your waffled cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
3. Blueberry Breakfast Grilled Cheese
Finally a use for that sandwich maker! Grilled cheese: breakfast style. Who could ever ask for more? Plus it’s (kind of) healthy! Substitute strawberries, peaches, or your favorite fruit to mix it up.
Ingredients:
Cream cheese
Icing sugar
Whole wheat bread
Butter
Blueberries
Sandwich maker (or an iron and parchment paper)
Instructions:
Mix cream cheese with icing sugar to taste. Butter outside of bread. Spread cream cheese mixture on the inside of one slice of bread. Place butter side down on sandwich maker and top with blueberries. Place second piece of bread butter side out on top. Close lid and grill for about 1 minute.
4. Grilled Mac and Cheese
Another twist on a classic favorite. Put all that Kraft you have stored up to good use! Add anything from bacon to ham to make this lunch treat absolute perfection.
Ingredients
4 slices Sourdough (or other dense bread)
1½ cups Kraft Macaroni & Cheese
8 slices American or Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Make macaroni according to box. Butter outside of bread. Place butter side down on sandwich maker. Place 2 slices of cheese on first slice of bread, then cover with macaroni. Place two more slices of cheese on top of the macaroni pile, and cover with second piece of bread. Close lid and grill for about 1 minute.
5. Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn
Can you say movie night? This fall treat is perfect for a night in watching svary movies.
Ingredients:
½ C Brown Sugar
½ C Butter
9-10 Marshmallows
12 C Popcorn
Instructions:
Microwave Popcorn. Microwave Brown Sugar and Butter for 2 minutes. Add Marshmallows. Microwave until melted 1 ½ to 2 minutes then pour over Popcorn.
