Her Campus Suffolk Gets UNREAL!

Trick or treat? Well how about both! There is a new candy on the block and its kicking artificial ingredients and preservatives to the curb! It goes by the name of UNREAL candy, and trust us it truly is unreal!

UNREAL wanted to make a candy that had the same great taste as all the others, but without all the junk. So consider this candy “unjunked.” Finally, a candy we can all feel good about, even supermodel, Gisele Bundchen, agrees!

So you’re probably wondering how they make candy taste the same without all the junk in them. Well here is your answer, “Our UNREALTM candies have replaced the junk in candy with good stuff: double the cacao, more peanuts, real milk, cane sugar, and organic palm fruit oil. Naturally, without all this junk, we think the candy tastes better! But UNREALTM candies also have 30% less sugar, and 60% more fiber & 250% more protein on average per serving than other leading competing brands.”

Though at the moment UNREAL is limited to just candy, they don’t plan on stopping there. They plan to make there campaign BIGGER and BETTER! They hope to do this by completely changing the way people think about food, providing us with healthier choices and motivating the entire food industry to do the same. Amazing how a little candy can go a long way! You can find UNREAL candy at stores such as, CVS, Walgreens, BJ’s, Staples, Kroger, Rite Aid, Michael’s, TOP, Fred Meyer, and many more.

The Her Campus Suffolk team has been giving out samples in Sawyer and Donahue and the response from the students has been UNREAL! We have had many repeat (and even three-peat) offenders! Students have been shocked at the fact that the UNREAL candy has the same great taste as their counterparts, yet they lack all of the artificial ingredients. Remember, if you come by and get some free candy, please give us (@HCSuffolk) a little TWEET with the hashtag #getunreal.

We are also running a promotional competition in which you share with us your most UNREAL experience at Suffolk thus far. We have received some pretty awesome stories so far, and we’re looking forward to hearing many more! So continue to be on the lookout for the HC Suffolk team after Thanksgiving break, for more UNREAL candy giveaways, and the chance to share your stories! The winner of the competition will be determined by the HC Suffolk team, and will win a secret surprise!

In the meantime, you can check out this star-studded video or their website!
