At most award shows some looks can be a success, semi-fail, or a total fail. At least for me, as I was looking through red carpet pictures from the iHeartRadio Music Awards, I thought to myself, “What was she thinking?” Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about the cool, funky looks but some celebrities take “funky” to a whole other level.
