Beauty Blog: MissGlamorazzi, YouTube Makeup Guru

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Suffolk chapter.

If you’re a girl who enjoys playing around with makeup and/or interested in learning how to make bold and different moves with your makeup, you need to pay a visit to Youtube! It may sound crazy, but although Youtube is a place where people post themselves singing or the hilarious “FAIL” videos, there is also a huge part of the site that is dedicated to beauty. These ladies are known not only as “Youtubers” but as “makeup gurus.” I could sit here for hours and name all of the talented makeup gurus I am subscribed to, but for now, I will just introduce you to one of my favorites!

Meet Ingrid. This is one of her newer videos on hair care where she gives a ton of useful pointers!

Ingrid’s full name is Ingrid Nilsen, but her beauty channel name is “MissGlamorazzi.” She posts various videos of her daily makeup routines and different looks for the changing seasons. Yes, she is called a makeup guru, but Ingrid also posts videos about style and the outfits she puts together. Ingrid also makes videos called “Hauls,” where she shows her viewers what she bought on a recent shopping sprees, and gives visible examples of how to use or wear the products. Not only is Ingrid helpful in the sense that she informs her viewers of the best products to purchase, but she also shows us how to use them, which, for me, is the most important part.

This is my favorite video of Ingrid’s, and it is perfect for the weather right now!

If you like what you see here, this is only a few of over three hundred videos made by MissGlamorazzi herself! Visit her main channel page, Youtube.com/MissGlamorzzi for advice on how to do your hair, take care of your skin, the best places to shop, and most of all, how to do your makeup!

Hey! My names Lyndsay, and I'm an 18 year old from Utica, New York. I'm really into music, acting, and I have a YouTube channel that I post videos of my self singing, for fun! Most of the things I write about have to do with makeup and music, hope you enjoy my articles!
