Anthony Belculfini ’18

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Suffolk chapter.

Introducing the first campus cutie of the semester, Anthony Belculfini from the class of 2018! He is an American politics major from Princeton, Massachusetts, but currently resides in Suffolk’s 10 West dormitory. Anthony is a virgo, and yes ladies– he is single.

HC: Who would play you in a movie about your life?

AB: I’d like to think Jake Gyllenhaal would take the part.

HC: If you could travel to any place in the world right now, where would you go?

AB: As cliché as it sounds, Italy has always been on the top of the list for me. Venice, Tuscany, Rome, they all seem breathtaking. The whole Mediterranean area is incredible.

HC: What qualities do you look for in a girl?

AB: Definitely intelligence and passion. When a girl has interests and learns just for the sake of learning, that strikes a chord with me. Also a good work ethic is important.

HC: What are your biggest turn offs?

AB: Picky eaters really bug me for some reason. Also girls who expect everything in life to be handed to them.

HC: What is your dream job?

AB: I would love to one day be in the Senate, but if that doesn’t work out I could totally see myself being a political advisor in Washington.

HC: Favorite TV show?

AB: Mad Men, House of Cards, and The Office are my go-to.

HC: What is your guilty pleasure?

AB: Oysters on the half shell.

HC: What is the most embarrassing song on your itunes?

AB: The Les Mis soundtrack… its audible gold.

HC: Who is your celebrity crush?

AB: Kelly Ripa has always been my #1

HC: What is the most romantic thing you’ve ever done for a girl?

AB: My senior year I took this girl out to the city one night right before Halloween. We got dinner and I scheduled one of those Haunted Boston tours which was really cool, but halfway through we abandoned the group and ended up doing our own thing for the rest of the night and it ended up being a blast.

HC: What is something a lot of people don’t know about you?

AB: Before I got involved in politics I really wanted to go to art school.

HC: Describe your ideal date night in Boston.

AB: Drinks, hang out by the waterfront, then make our way over to the Union Oyster House.

HC: Any advice for the ladies trying to win you over?

AB: Be genuine.
