Bar Soba‘s food is inspired by the street food of South East Asia. They have a variety of tasty cocktails with funky twists! Bar Soba also offer cocktail masterclasses that teaches customers how to make a perfectly mixed Mojito and Daiquiri! For £25pp you get an arrival drink, two cocktails and a 3 course meal – sounds like a great deal to us!
Bar Soba has 3 Glasgow locations; Mitchell Lane, Byres Road and Merchant City, 1 in Edinburgh and 1 in Leeds! The decor of each restaurant features cool graffiti work and has a chilled atmosphere!

I ordered the Singapore Street Noodles which was noodles with chicken, prawns, pork and chilli omlette with garlic, curry and ginger! My boyfriend ordered the Nasi Goreng which was fried rice, fried egg and peanut sauce with chicken and prawn crackers. We also ordered a side of Thai fries with sweet chilli sauce… Delicious!
