This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Stonehill chapter.

It’s been announced! On Wednesday afternoon, with the release of the first edition of The Summit of the semester, Timeflies was announced as the main act for Spring Weekend in April.

In terms of past performers, the general feel on campus is that this is a definite step up in comparison. “I’m excited to finally have a performer that college students listen to. Timeflies has visited mny of my friends’ schools and they have all said how great they are live” senior Samantha Rose said.

Speaking of Spring Weekend this year, instead of the traditional one big, action-packed spring weekend, this year will be a little different. Instead, spring weekend will actually result in three separate weekends, with different activities taking place on each of the weekends. The general breakdown, according to the most recent article in The Summit is a

s follows: Friday, March 28th will be the date of Timeflies’ performance and Saturday, March 29th is the 50-days event for seniors. The next two weekends will consist of comedians, Relay for Life, the ever-popular carnival, and campus-wide mixer.
