Since Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away, I’ve been starting to think about what I’m going to wear. I think everyone can agree that every time they wear jeans with holes in them in front of their grandparents, aunts or uncles at least one of them finds it hilarious to say “You can’t afford jeans without rips in them?” or the classic “Hey, you have a hole in your pants.” So this Thanksgiving there will be no holey jean wearing from me! So what can I wear? Below I’ve thought of a few cute ideas, so if you’re also trying to figure out what to wear, take a look!

1. A solid colored sweater, dark jeans (no holes!), boots, and a long simple necklace:

2. A sweater dress with flats and a scarf:

3. Some overalls (your family may call you a farmer, but hey it looks cute, and it’s better than those ripped jean comments!), with a cardigan and sneakers or flats:

4. A skirt with a long sleeved shirt, boots, and a necklace:

5. A gray patterned blouse, black jeans, black flats, and earrings:
