Meet Flor! This is her third year at Stockton and she’s studying Health Science. She’s from Atlantic City, NJ and likes to help people which is why she hopes to become a nurse when she’s finished school so she can continue cultivating that passion.
When Flor is on campus (Say hi!) she is usually in the Office of Service Learning where she and a few other fellow students create events and programs to help the Stockton community give back to the surrounding communities.
As far as clubs go, Flor is the President of the Caribbean Students Association, as well as the Secretary for the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People).
Of course, her favorite Jonas Brother is Nick, and her favorite member of One Direction is Niall. Flor also has a deep love for Ed Sheeran (don’t we all) and even saw him in concert before. This summer, Flor also got to visit the Woodstock birthplace!
When she’s not on campus Flor works at a watch store and spends her free time hula hooping because she’s really good at it! Go Flor!
