10 Ways to De-Stress During Finals Week

This month is Stress Awareness Month, which just so happens to coincide with finals month! Here are 10 tips for coping with stress – and beating it!

1. Take a walk around Lake Fred and explore the trails.

2. Drink some hot green tea.

3. Do a yoga flow on youtube.

4. Make a list of all of the things you need to do in order of importance.

5. Write down all of the positive things in your life.

6. Talk to a trusted friend.

7. Exercise.

8. Meditate or pray.

9. Make sure you are getting enough sleep.

10. Read inspirational quotes (check out some of our favorites 1, 2).

Just remember to keep your head up and don’t let the stress of the end of the year get to you!
