The last week of classes and finals week are the most stressful weeks of the semester. Having to deal with last minute projects, presentations, and tests thrown at you by every professor that needs to squeeze it in is just unbearable. Not to mention, trying to find time to study or prepare for the final exam or final presentation leaves us asking why there isn’t more time in the day. Thankfully, Her Campus sent us an amazing holiday kit to help us de-stress during finals. Here are some of our tips on how to use the products during this stressful time!

Relax with a cup of Yogi tea

Yogi tea in Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea and Grean Tea Blueberry Slim life tea, will help you relax and also support the energy you need to carry on. There is something so calming about sipping on a cup of tea. Being rich in flavor and having a healthful purpose, Yogi tea is the perfect go-to drink when you need a second the unwind.

Read a good book

After a long day of studying, it is helpful to have some light reading before bed rather than staring at your computer or phone screen. Thanks to Book of the Month, you are able to relax in bed with The Wangs vs. The World by Jade Chang. Investing in BOTM is great because with a membership, you can choose which books you would like to read and they send them to you! It is an easy way to keep up with reading and not breaking the bank every time you buy a book.

Have a date with a face mask

Whoever invented face masks is a saint. Even though going to the spa is not in the budget (and if it is for you, consider yourself lucky), face masks from Leaders Cosmetics offer great masks for a small price. With options like 7 Wonders Amazonian Acai Anti-Pollution Mask, 7 Wonders Caribbean Coconut Calming Mask, and 7 Wonder Kalahari Melon Moisturizing Mask, there are so many options to choose from. With each mask doing a different job like tackling oil, or soothing skin, you are sure to have the perfect night of relaxation. Believe us, your face will thank you.

Try out new makeup

What is better than testing new makeup? Have a girls’ night in and do each others makeup with these amazing Rimmel London products. Trying out the Scandaleyes mascara and eyeliner, adding some natural bronzer, and finishing up with Provocalips lip colour will do just the trick. Being able to get all dolled up and have the night off doing “girl things” is just what you need during finals week. Sure, you may hate yourself for it during your next exam but you need to remember to always take time for yourself and your friends because you won’t see them for a month! It won’t be the end of the world if you don’t get a 100% on every exam, believe us.

Take a bath or a long shower

There is something about taking a bath or a long shower during these cold, dull days. December in western Pennsylvania is rough and when combined with finals, it sure is a disaster. Your skin needs moisturizing so if you spend some time in the shower or a bath your body will be refreshed and ready to take on the next curveball thrown at you.  Be sure to use the Pure Silk shave cream in raspberry mist to leave your legs softer and smoother than ever!

Good luck, Collegiettes!
