5 Spring Date Ideas

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at St Vincent chapter.

Spring is almost here, ladies! It can’t seem to come soon enough, because we’ve been going stir-crazy inside and driving our significant others insane. (There’s only so much Netflix you can watch before you need some fresh air!) Check out this list of spring date ideas and take your crush outside!

  1. Go for a walk around campus or a local park! Its super simple and great exercise.

  1. Have a picnic together. Pack your favorite foods, a blanket, and find a nice spot in the grass to enjoy an afternoon lunch outside.

  1. Mini-Golfing. Find a local mini-golf course and test your skills. Mini-golf also makes for a great double-date idea.

  1. Hiking or Fishing. Another great way to get active and enjoy the outdoors.

  1. Watch a baseball game. Find out when your favorite team starts for the season and head to a game! If you’re too far away, watch one of your college’s games instead.

Whatever you decide to do, make sure you take some time to relax and enjoy the spring weather together!

St Vincent '18

Hello there! I am the Campus Correspondent of the Her Campus chapter at Saint Vincent College. As a senior psychology major, I've made the most of my time in undergrad and am excited for all the doors I have opening ahead of me. I can definitely thank Her Campus for giving me invaluable skills. As a future psychologist, I hope that my articles (and the chapter's) are able to make you feel empowered, motivate you to start a conversation, and be kind. As a hero of mine has said, "If you do not take control over your time and your life, other people will gobble it up. If you don't prioritize yourself, you constantly start falling lower and lower on your list."- Michelle Obama. Be the change you want to see in the world, and smile. Always smile!
