Hello HC Fitness Readers,
I hope you are all rested up from your fall break. I just got back from New York City, so it definitely wasn’t restful for me, but it was by far the best fall break ever. Last week I focused on some Halloween treats, and this week I decided to stray away from food and focus on abs. As I searched on the online version of Shape Magazine yesterday, one of the main articles was “Victoria’s Secret Core Workout.”
I realize that I am far from the super skinny 5’11” stature of any of the models you see walk down the runway, but immediately I knew I had to read up and see what those go-to workouts were. The article shows a video of different core workouts that these models do, and will be posting them weekly. I would suggest checking this out. In the video the people use a yellow workout ball, but I think you can modify the exercise with regular dumbbell weights that you can find in Skoglund.
