I have always been a bar FEIN. I don’t know what it is, but nothing quite hits the spot like a yummy bar (probably because I am inflicted with a insatiable sweet tooth). If I do say so myself, I am very well versed on this topic, so I have definitely gathered a lot of opinions on different bar brands throughout the years. Currently, I have a few favorites that I believe deserve a mention and hopefully convince you to go try them for yourself.
LÄRA BARS
I am absolutely obsessed with LÄRA Bars. For most people, the concept of a date and nut base does not sound the most appetizing but trust me – they are SO good. I especially love the peanut butter or almond butter chocolate chip bars. There are also so many delicious fruit flavors and brownie and cookie-based ones which are similarly delectable. These bars are the perfect sweet treat or mid-day pick-me-up when you are feeling peckish and need something to hold you over. There are tons of flavors that I have not had the chance to experiment with yet, but I promise there is something for everyone. I cannot rave enough! Go get you some!
RX BARS
I was initially iffy about RX Bars if I am being completely honest. To me, these were more evidently date based compared to my beloved Lara Bars. However, I think it was the larger size that gave me this initial reaction. With lots of trial and error, I have come to LOVE these bars, especially because they are super filling. Naturally, I frequently gravitate to the chocolate peanut butter flavor along with the chocolate sea salt one, but surprisingly, my favorite RX Bar flavor would hands down have to be the blueberry flavor. I also love the coconut chocolate chip option. You can find me munching on these during the day when I don’t have time for a sit-down lunch. They are perfect for on the go and are super delicious. I still have yet to venture into trying any flavors outside of their pre-selected variety pack of fan favorites, but I definitely will in the future. So tasty!These are my favorite bars of the fall season and if you have not already tasted them for yourself, you must right away! Some honorable mentions are Luna Bar’s lemon or caramel nut brownie flavors, Cliff Bar’s hazelnut butter filled bar, or KIND Bar’s Caramel Almond and Sea Salt, but I have strayed away from them these past few months.
