Why did you decide to join Greek Life?
“I’ve always pictured the whole college experience being in a sorority, and I’ve wanted to give it a shot since high school. To be honest it was everything I could’ve hoped for and much more. I’ve only been a part of Greek Life for one semester but it has changed my life for the better (as cliché as it sounds). It was definitely the best decision of my entire life.”
Why Theta Phi Alpha?
“Going through recruitment as a scared little freshman, I definitely felt most at home with Theta Phi Alpha. The girls just made me feel so comfortable and I could definitely see myself as one of their sisters. “
Sam is beyond excited for her sophomore year. You can catch her working in The Little Theatre on campus, at L.E.A.D. meetings, or at the Speech and Hearing Club meetings. On top of her commitment to school, work, and clubs, Sam will also be the chairwoman of Theta Phi’s Alumni Relations this year. She’s looking forward to getting in touch with older sisters whom she hasn’t had the opportunity to meet yet. Her sophomore year is bound to be extremely busy, but Sam’s ready for the challenge! She can’t wait to make more incredible memories.
