HC Finals Survival Kit

Finals were tough on us this semester. Between papers to write, tests, and group projects, finals definitely got the best of us. Luckily, Her Campus had our backs by sending us presents in the mail! Check out what our writers, and some lucky winners received. 

 
TRESemmé Sea Salt spray
Ladies, finals week doesn’t exactly scream “good hair days.” Having this wonderful little bottle of sea salt spray let us take quick showers, spray it in, and get back to studying in mere minutes- all while keeping our hair looking fresh and healthy. 
 
 
 
Chipotle BOGO cards
Thanks HC for feeding us broke college girls! Splitting a bowl at Chipotle with your friend is much cheaper than getting two. Also, Chipotle served as a great study break activity (and motivational aspect)!
 
Cold-Eeze
We all know that stress and lack of sleep can lead to getting sick, and no one has time for that during test week! HC hooked us up with cold-eeze that helped us out with potential sickness. 
 
 
SOREL
Staying hydrated is one of the most important things in general, but more importantly during times of stress! No one wants a headache when they’re trying to study for their biology test! Having a cool water bottle, like the ones given to us, served as a reminder to drink water to avoid those dehydration symptoms.
 
Vera Bradley
Having served as one of the cutest treats in our survival kit, Vera Bradley gave us insanely cute ID holders! This was so useful for those of us who didn’t have one before, and was a real treat for those of us who needed a new one! Also, VB sent us the comfiest blanket in the world for a lucky staff member! 
 
Proactiv 
Finals bring pimples, and no one wants that to be the cherry on top of their crazy week. Proactiv sent us an entire set of their acne-fighting formula to ward off those zits! 
 
Michael Kors
Flash tats. What more can we say?

I'm one of the two campus correspondents for St. Edward's University! I am a sophomore Communication major with a focus on PR and Advertising, and I love writing. I am a senior staff member on Topper Radio where I host a radio show and manage the staff blog. In the future I hope to pursue a career in the music industry doing PR for a quality music label/music representation or icon. Living in Austin has allowed me to grow in the presence of great venues, artists, and festivals. I'm also an RA for LeMans hall, and in my free time I love going to shows, hanging out at coffee shops, and doing a variety of spontaneous activities.
