What would your dream job be?

A school/child psychologist or a novelist.

Are you in any clubs or societies here at St. Andrews?

I am the secretary for the CoppaFeel! Society of St. Andrews. It is a breast cancer awareness society where we promote ‘knowing your boobs.’  We really focus on early detection for college-aged young women. It is crucial to get in the habit of checking yourself regularly so that you know what is ‘normal’ for you. That way, if you notice any changes, you have the confidence to get it checked right away.

What kind of events does the CoppaFeel! society hold every year?

In November, we hosted an event called ‘Merry Titmass’ at The Vic, which fundraised for the cause and promoted our society. We also presented at the Scottish National Sexpression Conference in January and gave a tutorial on the history of our society and our mission. Throughout the year, we have also had a film screening, a bake sale, and multiple socials. Information about St Andrews Coppafeel! Society can all be found on our Facebook page! We are also planning on working in conjunction with the Art History society on a ‘Boobs Throughout the Ages’ project.

What is your favorite place in St. Andrews?

The inner courtyard of St. Mary’s on South Street. I love the tree there.

If you threw a dinner party and could invite anyone, dead or alive, who would invite?

Bruce Springsteen, Barack Obama, Lena Dunham, Harry Styles, Leonardo DiCaprio, JK Rowling, plus my closest friends and my immediate family.

What is your biggest fear?

Birds. I have a huge fear of birds. I have had multiple, consecutive negative experiences with birds. I’m not a fan of how unpredictable they are and how they come in close proximity to me.

Favorite shows to binge watch?

‘Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives’, Keeping up with the Kardashians, The Little Couple, Girls, Shameless, and Gilmore Girls.

What was the last book you read?

Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell.

What is the most embarassing song on your iTunes?

An old Disney song called ‘On the Front Porch’ by Burl Ives. I am not embarrassed by it though, I love it.

What are you going to miss the most about St. Andrews when you return to Holy Cross?

The abundance of tea, and cafes, and baked goods all around the town. Especially the tea! I have developed a true love for tea.
