What 2000s Childhood Movie You Are Based on Your Zodiac Sign

Maybe I am biased because my best friend is an Aquarius, but this zodiac sign screams life. The sign known for their ability to bring life to any area makes me sure that 2008’s Wall-E, particularly the lead’s determination to save life on planet Earth, best represents this air sign. 

This water sign — symbolized by two fish — and often trying to cross the line between reality and fiction, is the one and only Shark Tale! Just think about how Lenny and Oscar dreamed big and did everything they could to achieve their (thought to be) unrealistic fantasies. 

While I doubt this one will require much explaining, The Emperor’s New Groove is the only movie I will allow to represent this ambitious zodiac. Always craving to be number one and an abundance of (sometimes) unearned confidence proves to audiences with very little doubt that Emperor Kuzco is, himself, the ultimate Aries.

Oftentimes craving serenity and peaceful environments, Taurus signs strive for extravagance and contentment. This earth sign best reminds me of one of my personal childhood favorites: Up. From its beautiful graphics to the concept of an elderly widower wanting to find the peaceful place of his dreams, and ultimately coming up short, the adventure of Carl does well to coincide with that of Taurus individuals. 

Always so busy and wishing for a clone to help complete all that needs to be done, The Parent Trap is the best-suited movie for Geminis, also conveniently symbolized by the celestial twins constellation. (The Parent Trap was, in fact, released in 1998, but the opportunity and the movie were too good to pass up!)

Cancers have a keen ability to focus their intuitive abilities in both emotional and material walks of life and are symbolized by the crab (able to walk on both sea and land.) But how about existing in both space and on the Earth’s surface? Cancers are best represented by 2002’s Lilo & Stitch, showing a Cancers ability to exist harmoniously in two ‘spaces’ at once. 

Leo signs can only be represented by one movie from the early 2000s and that is The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe – and really – does this one need explaining? 

Slightly OCD and with sharp attention to detail, Virgos always seem to be tuned into making things as perfect as possible. From swooping in to save a batch of soup at a Michelin star Paris restaurant, Remy from the 2007 Disney Pixar classic Ratatouille takes the cake for which early 2000s movie represents us Virgos, myself included. 

Libras often seek harmony and balance, and by the end of the movie, the kung fu fighting panda, Po, certainly attains his dreams by finding the harmony in himself that he needs to become the Dragon Warrior. Dreamwork’s Kung Fu Panda best represents many particular personality traits in this air sign. 

Perhaps the most misunderstood sign of them all, Scorpios seem to crave power, whether that be for themselves or over others. Also one of the most misunderstood characters in animated history, Megamind serves as the perfect anti-hero and movie title to illustrate a Scorpio. 

Known for their extroverted personalities and optimistic outlooks on life, Sagittarius signs are always gaining the respect of those they meet. One of the most extroverted and outgoing characters from the early 2000s is none other than Lightning McQueen himself. That’s right, the world champion race car from 2006’s Cars is best suited to represent Sagittarius signs — after his absolutely immaculate character development of course.

The best workers of any zodiac sign, Capricorns are always on their grind. Do you know who else was nonstop grinding to save the world back in 2004? The Parr family from Disney Pixar’s The Incredibles! From a dad who can’t stop saving the day to a mom who can’t stop saving her kids and husband, this family perfectly represents the hard-working nature of this earth sign.
