Yes, you did read that headline correctly. No April Fools here. The beloved boy band is making a comeback.
The Backstreet Boys recently confirmed that they will be performing nine shows in Vegas, joining stars like Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez who currently have Vegas residencies. But for those of us who don’t live in Sin City, there’s still hope.
Nick Carter told CNN that the group is also working on a new album and…wait for it…ANOTHER TOUR!
The Backstreet Boys will be performing 130 shows around the world while making new songs. Carter also told CNN they are working with “young, hot producers” that can give them a “fresh new sound.” Their new songs will be hit singles, no doubt.
Unfortunately, no dates have been set for their Vegas residency or the tour. But the group is hoping to release a full album and a tour to follow…toward the end of this year.
You mean we have to WAIT for it?!
