Dating anyone in college is hard enough, but dating a boy in a fraternity is a whole new ball game. Here’s what you should expect while dating your everyday, typical frat star.

1. Know that they live, breathe, and die for Harambe.

A common phrase that you’ll probably get tired of hearing is, “he died for our sins.”

2. Pratice yoga-like breathing when they start talking about Donald Trump.

They’re obsessed.

3. Don’t expect to see him on Sundays.

Football is on and his fantasy league is the number one priority.

4. Just because he has a girlfriend, doesn’t mean he will stop doing stupid things.

Like dive for footballs on gravel.

5. Work on your painting skills…

… there are a lot of coolers in your future.

6. Expect him to be pretty attached to his phone.

Between GroupMe inside jokes and Old Row posting pics of half-naked girls, it will always be glued to his hip.

7. Don’t fret when he basically has the same New Balances you do.

It’s a Greek life trend everyone can enjoy.

8. “Saturdays are for the boys!”

They’re not…but just let them believe they are.

9. Nod and give reassurance when he tells you about how his dream.

Which is to work on Wall Street and make “so much money.”

10. Know and accept the inevitable moped rides.

Even if he doesn’t own a moped himself, you will somehow still end up on a moped.

11. Expect the random times when they just “need to go play sports.”

That was a direct quote, by the way.

12. When you go to all of his functions, he has no excuse to not attend yours.

A stresser relieved.

13. You’ll never get tired of having a place to tailgate.

Free drinks? No complaining here.

14. But at the end of the day, are you really dating a frat star if he isn’t a business major?

Live. Life. Love. Frat.
