Wine Without the Hangover – Count Us In!

For once in your life, be honest with yourself. You LOVE wine and whoever doesn’t drink it is totally kidding themselves. But does the thought of the next day hangover discourage you from enjoying this delicious yet classy alcoholic beverage?

Well my friends, I’ll let you in on a little secret. Scientists at the University of Illinois have discovered the key to making hangover-free wine by altering the DNA of yeast in the drink. This means they can increase the health benefits of wine while also taking away its negative side effects. Although the research is still in the works, this gives us vino drinkers the hope that one day, we will be able to drink our favorite Pinot Noir to our hearts content without feeling an unwanted hangover in the morning.
