If you’re from Dallas then you know there is no shortage of things to do in this city. People come to Dallas from all around the world and it is always nice to have that spot that is special to you. When you’re new to a city, it’s sometimes hard to find your niche. Students find comfort in anything from a restaurant to Dallas nightlife. Whether you’re brunching before a boulevard or having a Saturday night adventure, there is no limit to the things you can experience in Dallas. If you’re a freshman, from out of town or just looking to find a new place to thrive, here are five hotspots you could go to if you want to shake things up.

What may seem like an upscale Mexican Restaurant is actually more than meets the eye. Every Friday and Saturday night, you can put on your favorite red lipstick and salsa the night away with live music and local DJ’s. If you want to step away from the typical college nightlife scene and want to grab some delicious food and drinks, this is the place for you!
