Professor Janice Gatty, in our Education department, has long been a style icon at Smith College. From her bright pink playsuits to her runway-ready outfit (depicted above), we can always count on her for some fashion inspiration! Professor Gatty’s jacket is from the Metropolitan Opera Gift Shop, given to her by her lovely mother. Everything else is from either T.J. Maxx or Marshall’s. She strongly believes that in style there must be some sort of warmth. That’s why she has paired her outfit with an antique necklace and bracelets that have been passed down her family.
