It is with great pleasure that I say: October is here!!! As we are warmly greeted by the fall season, I thought I’d share some of the things that make the fall the beautiful season that it is.

Foliage! Vermont in the fall has some of the most beautiful views you’ll ever see. The colors of autumn are seriously unmatched!

Spooky (or moderately spooky) halloween movies might be the most important fall essential. Hocus Pocus. Halloweentown. So many classics…so little time!

Comfort food! I can’t think of something that brings me much more joy than a home-cooked meal. There’s something about the fall season that makes comfort food just a tiny bit more comforting.

Pumpkin, pumpkin, pumpkin!! Nothing says fall quite like the wide array of pumpkin spice products.

Dogs frolicking in piles of leaves…enough said.

Rainy fall days still manage to make you feel extra cozy compared to spring or summer drizzles.

Cozy flannels are essential on those extra brisk fall days!

Although the warm summer days have sadly come to an end, look at all these wonderful things that the fall season has brought us! Happy October!!
