Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Need a little fall sweet treat? Make these quick and easy pumpkin chocolate chip muffins so you can have the perfect snack to pair with your morning coffee!

 

What you’ll need:

4 eggs

2 cups of sugar

1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ÂĽ cups vegetable oil

3 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

Now for the baking…

 

In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and oil until smooth.

Mix the dry ingredients together and then mix into pumpkin mixture.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups Âľ full.

Bake at 400 F for 16-20 minutes.

Let them cool and enjoy!
