Among many things, Philadelphia is known for its massive amount of murals. Philadelphia has the most murals out of any other city in the U.S. Aside from being visually appealing, murals are created to help bring communities together and to help close the gaps between divided neighborhoods in the city. As the weather gets warmer it is well-worth a drive into the city or a walk through Manayunk to appreciate the beautiful street art.
