I had the opportunity to sit down with SJU’s best of friends: Brynna Robinson and Rose McNamara! These BFFS are usually seen together, laughing and sharing their energy with every person they come into contact with! Learn more about the history of these friends (and even some of their pet peeves).
Brynna Robinson
Her Campus SJU: What grade are you in and what is your major?
Brynna Robinson: I’m a Junior Marketing Major, Communications Minor
HC: Where are you from?
BR: LONG ISLAND!!!
HC: How did you and Rose meet?
BR: Let’s rewind to the freshman year spring concert with Ludacris…that is where our friendship officially began. I heard her name a lot because she helped my big room bomb me and was friends with a bunch of my friends in AGD, but we didn’t actually meet until that day…and as some would say “the rest is history”
HC: What do you usually do together?
BR: Literally everything our daily texts go something like this “where are you” “are you home” “I’m hungry want to get campion?” we also have matching cars which we call “best friend cars” and we like to park next to each other… that’s just a little fun fact about us
HC: What is your biggest pet peeve about Rose?
BR: She gets mad at me a lot when we watch TV because I like to make it really loud so I can fully immerse myself into the show and sometimes she gets annoyed when I randomly yell annoying noises in our apartment because she says and I quote, “it hurts my ears”

HC: What is your major and what grade are you in?
RM: Junior Communications Major and Marketing Minor
HC: Where are you from?
RM: I’m from Wayne, PA
HC: What was your first impression of Brynna?
RM: I hated her (lol). My friend wanted her as a little and I was so over it because it was all everyone talked about and they would always compare us and say how similar we were and it drove me nuts!!! Then one time she came up to my table in campion when I was sitting with AGD girls and she was showing off her iPad (that she got from the tech center and was using as a phone) that she shattered the night before at the mansion, and I decided right then and there that she was annoying. But, who would have thought the spring concert of Ludacris would have brought us together!!!
HC: What is something you typically disagree on?
RM: We ALWAYS disagree on the volume of the TV because she likes to listen to it so loud but it hurts my ears!!
HC: What is your biggest pet peeve about Brynna?
RM: She talks through every TV show we watch.. like right now I’m watching One Tree Hill for the first time and she’s watching it with me for the like millionth time and she will talk through the entire episode so I just have to watch with headphones in from now on. But, if it weren’t for Ludacris and Hagan Arena I never would’ve met my roomie and best friend!!!!
