Here are some tips to set yourself up for a great semester at SJU:

1. Find Your Study SpotBetween all of the buildings on campus, it can be hard to find the perfect place to study.By finding your favorite place to study early on you will be set for mid-terms or finals week.

2. Get to Know Your Professors

Each semester brings an exciting opportunity to get to know your professors.Whether they’re in your major or not, knowing your professors will help you in the long run. When you’re stressing about an upcoming test or need a letter of recommendation introducing yourself to your professors and going to their office hours will show you’re interested in the class and willing to work to do well.

3. Plan Ahead

Reading the class syllabus and knowing the test dates is super important. When things get chaotic in the middle of the semester, having important dates down in advance can help you remember to study ahead of time.

4. Set Your Routine

By planning out time each week for things like studying and working out, you’ll be able to stick to a routine when the semester gets busy. That’s what cute planners are for!

5. Get to Work, but Have Fun

Getting started on projects and assignments early is key in college, but so is having fun and participating in the many exciting events Saint Joe’s has to offer.

Wishing everybody a successful and fun semester!
