3 Shows You Should Be Watching On Netflix

Thank god for Netflix.

Am I right ladies? Because we are busy gals, and we don’t always have time to watch TV. Luckily we can watch great shows on Netflix instantly when we get some free time.  Here are 3 shows that I think will have you hooked from beginning to end!

1. SCANDAL

Scandal is premiering its third season on ABC tonight, but if you haven’t gotten a chance to check out this deliciuos show, Netflix has the first two seasons to catch you up! The Shonda Rhimes (Grey’s Anatomy) created series has quickly become a must see by everybody and a personal favorite of mine. The name says it all. Kerry Washington stars as the professional fixer and impeccably dressed Olivia Pope. She is a badass b***h working for some naughty politicians, and is wildly stunning while doing so. Scandal is salacious and seductive; this is simply one of those shows once you’re in, you’re in it for the long hall. Olivia or Ms. Pope has a team of ‘gladiators’ as they’re called that would do anything for her, no questions asked because she helped them when they needed her. They all have a past, they are all damaged, and most importantly, they are all good-looking. Olivia is in quite a mess herself, if you call having an illicit affair with Mr. President a mess. Oh yes, Fitzgerald Grant is devastatingly sexy, dominating, and head over heels in love with Olivia Pope. I would say that the feelings are mutual. Shonda has every storyline written perfectly; every episode is a rollercoaster; so if you know what’s good for you, pull down the safety bar, cause you’re in for a ride.

2. HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER

Now on its ninth and final season on CBS, How I Met Your Mother is classic laugh-attack-inducing entertainment. If you’ve never seen this show, you are in for some great times. Five best friends; Lily, Marshall, Robin, Ted, and Barney will quickly become your favorite people; each character brings their own set of awesomness to the table. The show has a Friends kind of vibe, but rocks pure originatlity thanks to Ted narrating the show with the telling of how he met his wife to his kids, and all the crazy stories that happened along the way (i.e. laser tag and tramp stamps). This show is full of fun surprises, twists and turns, and will keep you on your toes wondering who the mother is.  I promise, HIMYM is going to be your new addiction. Bonus? The one-liners are so tweet worthy. 

3. ONE TREE HILL

If you are a female with feelings and you haven’t seen One Tree Hill, I’m not sure what you are doing. You should make this show a priority right now. Packed full of drool-worthy guys and gorgeous girls you’ll spend a significant time envying, OTH brings the heat. Starring two dreamy estranged half-brothers with a pyscho father, a talent for basketball, and a love for amazing women, things get complicated, and juicy, fast. This show has a lot of heart and it’s not one you’re going to want to miss!
